A professional marketing campaign must include informing the media that there is a significant buying opportunity of interest to their readers. Publicity is critical in marketing a historic home and we place our client’s homes in some of the nation’s most prominent print and web publications as feature articles. A small ad in the Wall Street Journal gets lost and is rarely effective, however, a feature article in WSJ OWN Magazine (85,000+ subscribers) is very powerful and reads as a Wall Street Journal endorsement.
